Description
A wooden board with two ten-frame grids and coloured pegs. The child places pegs into the grid to work out addition and subtraction problems, which turns an abstract number into something they can see and count physically. The set includes 90 operation cards, so there is a steady supply of new problems rather than a fixed set the child memorises.
Aimed at kindergarten-age children who can already recite numbers but have not yet connected those numbers to quantity. Non-electric and made of wood.
